Traditional Tie-Up Valances

A traditional favorite for windows is the tie-up valance.  Sometimes they are called sash valances or butterfly valances.  The sash is stationary.  The Tie-Up Valance is great for single windows.  It is not designed to gather much, so it looks best on a window 40″ to 44″ wide.
