Scalloped Swags and Filler Valance

To add shape and add drama to your window, use a swag. The sides are tapered up to the center. This allows the fabric to frame the window on the outside, but light can still come through the center. Swags are sold in pairs – a left and a right panel. Extra “center” valances may be added to fill larger windows.
