To place your order, click on the desired item and enter the quantity that you need. Then click on the “Add to Cart” button. You can review your shopping cart at any time. Additional items may be added as you continue shopping. Upon completion of your order, you can review at check-out. You will have the opportunity to edit your order during the check-out process. Your order may be canceled or adjusted provided that the order has not been processed for shipment. Our goal is to process your order and ship it immediately. Most items will ship from our facility within 3 – 5 business days . . . however, some orders will ship quicker! We cannot cancel orders once they have been sent to our shipping department. Please see instructions regarding returns in the event that you receive an order that you needed to cancel. Please contact us if you need to cancel an order.

A Sales & Use Tax Exemption form must be submitted in order to avoid sales tax being added to your order. Sales Tax will be added for orders shipping to Georgia.
Thomasville At Home offers standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states through UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS. At this time, we do not ship to foreign countries. Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Standard Shipping Rates
Based on availability most items will ship from our facility within 3-5 business days. Please allow adequate time in transit for items to reach you. Most ground shipments will take from 3-7 business days to be delivered. (Some will arrive sooner). For expedited shipping service please contact customer service.
You will receive an email notification at the time your order is shipped. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items carefully. All claims for damage incurred during shipping must be made within 7 – days of receipt of order.
You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Merchandise returned must be in new condition in the manufacturer’s original packaging. We cannot accept returns on custom made items unless the error was ours. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number. Ship the product back in original package or similar to protect the product via a method you can track.
