Terms and Conditions

Ordering

To place your order, click on the desired item and enter the required quantity. Then, click on the “Add to Cart” button. You can review your shopping cart at any time. You may add additional items as you continue shopping. Also, you will have the opportunity to edit your order during the check-out process. You may place your order by phone at 800-490-0554, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, M-F (EST). You may also email your order to customerservice@thomasvilleathome.com

Cancellation

Your order may be canceled or adjusted, provided that the order has not shipped. Our goal is to process your order and ship it immediately. Most items will ship from our facility within 3 – 5 business days. However, some orders will ship sooner! Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they have left our shipping department. Please see the instructions regarding returns. Please get in touch with us if you need to cancel an order.

Payment

For purchases, you may use Visa, Mastercard, or Discover cards at check-out. Also, there is an option to mail us a check. If you have any questions regarding payment options, please call our customer service department at 800-490-0554.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to Georgia addresses will have Sales Tax added. However, you may submit a Sales & Use Tax Exemption form to avoid sales tax being added to your order. 

Shipping

Thomasville At Home offers standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states through UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS. At this time, we do not ship to foreign countries. Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses will ship via USPS. For quotes on shipping items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands, please call 800-490-0554, or email customer service at customerservice@thomasvilleathome.com

Standard Shipping Rates

Based on availability, most items will ship from our facility within 3-5 business days. Please allow adequate time in transit for items to reach you. Most ground shipments will take 3-7 business days to arrive. (Some will come sooner). For expedited shipping service, please get in touch with customer service.

You will receive an email notification at the time your order is shipped. Please inspect all items upon receipt of your order. Report damages within 7 days of receipt of the order.

Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Merchandise returned must be in new condition in the manufacturer’s original packaging. We can only accept returns on custom-made items if the error was ours. Please email customerservice@thomasvilleathome.com to receive a Return Authorization Number. Ship the product back in its original package to protect it via a method you can track.
