I wanted to take the time to thank you again for producing such a great bedspread.
Every morning, well nearly every morning, my wife will remark “I love my bedspread” while making the bed. This is true.
We have been looking for a quality bedspread for at least six years without success.
But what makes yours special?
1. It was produced in our own country by American workers
2. It was a pleasure to deal with a real person who was knowledgeable about the product, could answer questions quickly and decisively and conducted herself as if she had a stake in the business and cared about her job.
3. The product received was every bit as good in quality as we hoped it would be.
We are both old, 75 and 80, and have always tried to spend as wisely as we could and could not be more pleased with every aspect of this purchase, primarily because of you, Janet.
